Named after the original "State of Ying" - one of China's oldest cities with all the cultural significance of Rome. With Laminex tables and red and yellow "menu" banners adorning the walls, this is an incredibly busy eating spot where you may have to wait for a table. The décor may be simple but the food is fabulous. Specialities include stir-fried crocodile with snow peas, red pepper chicken, beef or prawn, and the restaurant's signature dish, red vinegar ribs.
