The cleverly laid out, two-storey interior teases with lots of nooks, crannies and Irish artefacts. The eating area upstairs is replete with bookshelves and brightly-coloured mock-doors. Try dining in the "Muppet Box" which overlooks a small stage, often occupied by an Irish folk band. The pub offers good value Irish fare. Try the beef and Guinness pie, Irish stew or Shenannigans Irish salad. Guinness, Kilkenny, Beamish and home town Coopers are on tap, or select from a tidy wine list.
