Website | EmailThe Store is originally one of Adelaide's oldest general stores, this cafe and grocery outlet is pure South Australia. The new owners have retained an old world, rustic feel in the dining area, highlighting the finest South Australian produce available, in good, honest "no frills" cooking. Works by local artist, David Bromley adorn the walls. This is a popular spot for Sunday morning breakfast. Highlights include French toast with apple and berry compote and King Island crème fraiche Or try sauteed lambs brains in nut butter with lemon, parsley and black pepper. There is a great dinner menu and local wine list, of course.
