Since 1988, this restaurant has been serving dishes of the Auvergne region on their pleasant terrace close to the Place de la Mairie. Try the patron's masterfully prepared specialties like Tripoux (tripe), Boudin des Causses aux Pommes (black pudding with apples), Aligot (delicious mashed potatoes flavored with garlic and cheese), or cheese tarts made from sheep curd. On sunny days, you will even be serenaded with birdsong.
