Come and rediscover the Provençal speciality of pieds paquets (pigs' trotters) that are cooked here to perfection. You could also try the râble de lapereau farci de tapenade (saddle of hare stuffed with olive puree) or agneau mariné aux herbes de Provence (lamb marinated in thyme and rosemary), but remember to leave some space for the deliciously sublime dessert like fresh cheese curd in a red berry and honey sauce.
