The combination of the clay and lime soil and the cabernet-sauvignon grapes give the red wine, matured in oak barrels, a certain intensity and the perfect accompaniment to red meat in a sauce. The whites go well with grilled fish and have an elegance of texture and delicacy of color in complete harmony with their bouquets. Simply delightful!
