For the last four generations, this family firm has been passionately making calissons, nougats and crystallized fruits, their love of sugar and sweet delicacies transmitted across the generations. The traditional recipes from the Provençal region are perfectly executed thanks to secrets passed from father to son. Impossible to resist bringing back some calissons as a souvenir. These unusual diamond-shaped confections, with an unmistakable taste, are made from marzipan, crystallized fruit and almonds. Budget EUR7 for a box of calissons.
