WebsiteOpened in 1945, Casablanca is one of the oldest and most popular jazz pubs in the city. Located in the infamous Red Light District, it is an embodiment of Amsterdam's party-hearty spirit. Bar-goers can watch live performances by local musicians from Sunday through Wednesday and you might even be lucky enough to catch a performance by some well-known artists. Those of you with singing abilities (real or imagined!) can come in on karaoke nights every Thursday, Friday and Saturday—in here it’s all about the music, so grab a drink and dance or sing the night away.
