Website | EmailPur has three seating areas: a dining area, bistro and a bar. Pur also has a beautiful terrace overlooking the Amstel river which is open during summer. It is the perfect place from which to enjoy a beautiful Amsterdam sunset. Pur serves great appetizers called teasers and a range of beers, cocktails, wines and aperitifs. The interiors are fairly formal, however the atmosphere is quite casual and laid-back in the style of southern European bars. It is a great place to have a long formal dinner or just a few drinks after a long day.
