Pianobar Maxim's may not be the best publicized place in Amsterdam but believe that it is one of the best and only 'real' piano-bar here. The cocktails here are nothing short of world class. This place is great to impress that certain someone or just for a special evening. Ask the musician playing the piano to do a number for you and put a nice big note in his jar while he serenade you and your date. Sip on a few cocktails, live the classy life.
