A totally unique concept for Amsterdam, Vyne is a beautifully designed bar just for wine (and some delicious small snacks to compliment the bottle or glass of your choice). Vyne boasts a huge menu of wines from around the world and gives you the opportunity to taste them 3 at a time in 1/2 glasses. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, and will educate you briefly on the history of each wine in your sampler, and how they differ from one another in flavor, aroma, and aging techniques. If you've found a favorite, you can order the bottle online. Vyne also holds tastings once a month, where (for no small price) you can meet with the sommelier.
