Herrie is split into two levels, the restaurant below where all of the dishes include local ingredients and the kitchen is dedicated to "slow food," which is all the better because you can peruse the list of cocktails that are masterfully concocted on the second floor. Herrie is conveniently located near the Herengracht, one of the most picturesque canals in Amsterdam.
