Website | EmailStarted in 1980, the Hetveem Theater promotes and exhibits mime plays. This is probably the only venue in all of Netherlands that patronizes this theater art form exclusively. Individual mime artists from all over the country who do not wish to work in theater groups come to this venue to exhibit their talents. Hatveem Theater is a workshop for these talented artists, who develop and polish their skills here before it is put across to the public. So if you want to watch a Dutch mime act you know where to head.
