Website | EmailThis three-day mouth-gorge festival is one of Aspen's most heavily attended events of the year. It features cookbook authors, major restaurateurs, wine experts and some of the most influential and creative chefs in the world. Past guests include Wolfgang Puck, Jacques Pepin, Charlie Trotter and Andrea Immer. Participants can taste the offerings and results from over 80 cooking demonstrations. For wine fans there are seminars, as well as grand tastings, which feature some of the world's greatest wines. Plus, the vintners serve the wine themselves. This event sells out fast so advanced reservations are strongly encouraged.
