For over 25 years this deli/meat market has provided a nice counter-balance to the perception that Aspen's dining options are limited to tofu shops and sushi bars. The place is a true throwback. It offers an entire array of sandwiches like liverwurst, bologna, barbecued pork, proscuitto, corned beef and honey maple turkey. Or if you are really hungry opt for its famous meatloaf sandwich. Salads, soups, and desserts such as brownies, cookies and lemon bars are also available. The market area has a variety of aged meats, seafood and even caviar.
