WebsiteThis indoor stadium was built specifically for the 2004 Athens games. The stadium is built on a site that earlier housed the aircraft repairs hangar of the Olympic Airways. It played host to the Basketball preliminary stage and the finals of the Handball tournament. It has a seating capacity for 14,500 spectators.
