EmailThis highly recommended tour will take you to some of mankind’s most important heritage sites. You will see the ancient city of Mycenae, the home and palace of the mythical King Agamemnon, the tomb and the majestic Lion Gate. You will also stop off at the picturesque town of Nauplia and at the splendid Epidaurus Theatre (dating back to the 3rd century BC) which is famous for its perfect acoustics. A glimpse of the impressive Corinth Canal is also part of the itinerary. This tour is offered on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from April to October, and on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from November to March. The departure time is 8.15am, returning at 7pm. It can be booked through your hotel reception or at any travel agency in Athens.
