One of the most inviting places in Plaka, the old town of Athens, is the Filomousou Eterias Square. It features several cafés and tavernas including the inviting Filomousa. This café occupies two floors of a 19th-century mansion, but tables are also set up on the pedestrian square. Customers with a sweet tooth can order ice-cream or a crêpe with their tea. The café also serves fresh juices, coffees as well as sandwiches and other snacks.
