The Northern Eagle Claw System of Kung Fu originated in 1150, developed by General Ngok Fei. It focuses on the famous 108 Locking Hands system, which combines simple blocks and punches with intricate grabs, locks, and pressure point strikes. This excellent aerobic workout also enhances flexibility, coordination, balance and focus. Family discounts and private instruction are also available.
