WebsiteThis in-town facility brings affordable fitness to the masses. Even short-term guests can benefit from an annual membership, which provides access to all of the Y’s extensive facilities. The center includes a cardiovascular equipment room, strength-building machines, group sport floors and exercise rooms. Classes are offered at an extra fee, and include such popular and diverse subjects as infant massage, Weight Watchers, aerobics, yoga, tai chi, karate, dance, sculpting and special pre-natal exercise. Credit cards not accepted. Short-term and daily guest passes are available.
