WebsiteCassis was left unchanged when Hyatt took over Buckhead's Hotel Nikko. Hyatt knew better than to mess with success. Cassis offers great French and Mediterranean food and is convenient enough for a business lunch as well as a romantic dinner. The dining room overlooks a beautiful Japanese garden and waterfall, and is elegantly decorated in a Western style. The French influence is strong in the kitchen, particularly in the beef offerings, while the Mediterranean tastes dominate the seafood. An exemplary wine list covers most of the world's great regions.
