Borgata Hotel's N.O.W. offers noodle preparations from Shanghai, Tokyo, Seoul, Bangkok and Cleveland. The menu features rice noodles cooked with beef, fish and eggs. For a big appetite, a Vietnamese Rare Beef or Sliced Cha siu style Roast Pork would be more than enough. Sliced Barbecue Pork, Bacon roll (ground shrimp/ crispy bacon/ water chestnut/ wasabi cream sauce) or Kim Chi (pickled napa cabbage/ radish/ chili peppers/ garlic/ fish sauce) are smaller servings just enough to keep you satisfied for a while.
