WebsiteAs its name suggests, Red’s is a throwback to Imperial Russia but with a very contemporary spin. Crushed red velvet banquets, red carpets, dark wood highlight old political posters on the walls and an embossed hammer and sickle over the bar create an heir of true soviet sophistication. The cuisine is a "Perestroika-inspired" combination of French, Asian, European, and American flavors, with dishes like Lobster Carpaccio and Siberian Nachos. Of course, caviar and vodka are the main attraction, with a selection of the finest caviars from around the world and a frozen ice bar serving more than 130 frozen vodkas, martinis and infusions.
