Website | EmailMusician, David Paquette, a resident on this island of some 7000 souls, founded the festival in 1992. For five days over every Easter weekend, the various styles of jazz attract more than 20,000 people to take the 40-minute boat trip to the island. Special buses take fans to various venues. Musicians come from as far afield as the USA and France, and performances are held at various times in venues including pubs, cafes and vineyards. Check the web site for more details.
