Website | EmailThis well-appointed theatre is the pride of the Auckland University campus, being centrally located. With a wide range of performances throughout the year, the theatre helps bring together the university and the community. It is a twin theatre complex, fully air-conditioned and with easy access and facilities for the disabled. The Maidment Studio, seating only 104, is especially suitable for contemporary and traditional dance, plays, comedy, festivals and music. Warning: Latecomers are not admitted to the theatre so as not to disturb the performance. The roomy foyer includes a new bar with dining booths. Parking is available in the university car parks.
