Located in the heart of Denpasar, this ancient temple lies in the village of Gerenceng. It is about 800 meters to the west of the main vein running through the bustling city. The temple represents the oldest temple in the Denpasar city region. In the temple are two main shrines worthy of mention: Candi Kusuma and Candi Rengat. They are constructed from red brick and slim-lined, reminiscent of East Javanese shrines from the Majapahit era (12th-14th century AD). They function as gateways separating the inner and outer sanctums of the temple. Admission: By donation.
