Looking for more outdoor adventure than the downtown multiplexes are offering? For three days, Banff screens flickers with images of mountain sports, history, culture, climbing and environmental films. The film competition attracts an international group of mountain filmmakers. After you come blinking out of the theater be sure to check out the mountain seminars, trade show, craft sale and climbing wall that are also part of this unique festival. Festival passes cost CAD140, and tickets to individual events range from CAD30 to CAD40.
