Try the hearty Dried Buffalo Salad, followed by either the Marinated Civet of Caribou or Baked Rack of Venison. They also offer the more exotic like Ostrich Steak, but you can always count on domestic standbys of beef, veal, pork and chicken. The dining room is elegantly light and airy, with well-spaced tables and plush stuffed chairs.
