Be sure to visit the Barbados National Trust's annual Open Houses program, which takes place between January and April each year. Each house has been carefully selected for its architectural and historical worth to give the visitor a taste of Barbadian culture and style. The program includes a broad range of houses, from classical plantation homes to the newer, luxurious Bajan-style villas featuring exquisite interior designs. No pre-booking is needed.
