WebsiteExperience the making of rum at the home of one the world's oldest rum, Mount Gay. A video presentation gives you the history of ‘rumbullion’, or ‘kill-devil’ as it was called in the 1600s. Then view the fermentation, aging and bottling processes, see the coopers as they make the rum casks, and then ignite your palates with a rum tasting. A bar and souvenir shop invite you to take home a little bit of the spirit of the island with you. A lunch tour, including transportaion, is also available.
