Barbados has a beach to satisfy everyone's taste, especially along the west coast's 'golden coastline.' The west coast is popular for its calm, crystal blue waters. Mullins Beach in St. Peter is one of the most popular. It is dressed up with deck chairs and beach umbrellas. Known for its glassy waters, it is a haven for water sport lovers, family outings and snorkeling. More beach fun can also be experienced at Heywoods Beach, in St. Peter, where the waters are also calm. One of the more popular beaches here is home to Folkstone Marine Sanctuary, where you can snorkel protected reefs.
