The Barbados National Trust, which oversees upkeep of the trail, calls this an invigorating spot for young and old. You can call it plain and simple fun as you discover the mysterious Whim Gully, with its famous 'Bearded' Fig trees, or learn about the Dog Dumpling tree. The adventure can last up to three and a half hours. For children, you pay only half the cost. It is advisable to call at least a day ahead to book. Not recommended for children under five years old.
