The seafood dishes use only the freshest local fish, such as red snapper. The white furnishings create an ambiance of spacious relaxation. The dining area is mostly indoors. A large wooden table outside can accommodate up to five persons. The food is traditionally Barbadian, serving favorites such as cou cou, fried fish, baked chicken and pork chops with rice and peas.
