The sleepy fishing town of Oistins awakens Friday nights in a blaze of colour and with the rhythm of song, as the town throws a street party to sell the daily catch. Vendors cook your fish (and chicken) on open grills while you wait. It is a great evening out for the family as young and old gather to have a bite to eat, mingle and dance the night away. From ballroom to the latest rap tunes, there is something for everyone.
