A place of mullioned windows and tall chimneys, it is a delight on a summer's evening to walk through the grounds and hear little except the night song of birds and insects. You could almost imagine yourself walking into the past. Woolley Grange is very much a family orientated hotel and, in fact, has won an award for its child facilities. Pets are catered for by arrangement and, for those who cannot resist the temptation, a golf course is not too far away.
