True to its name, this ever-popular venue is decked out like an opium den of old China. By night, the upstairs disco has plenty of 1980s music that keeps people dancing well into the early hours. The downstairs area provides a respite from the chaos upstairs, and is a cozy restaurant and bar by day. A fairly standard array of popular European and Asian dishes, such as the Tuna Salad or mixed grill pad out the menu, while the brunch specials are a big hit with the expatriate community.
