The first recipient of the Michelin star in the city, Rankin has simplified things this time round, creating a light hearted and relaxed ambience in this most contemporary of restaurants on the Golden Mile. Starters are around GBP5-7. Main courses feature vegetarian, meat, local wild game, and seafood dishes in combinations that marry the best of eastern and western flavours and cooking styles.
