It is set on cosmopolitan Botanic Avenue, close to the city centre and Queen's University, close to much of Belfast's best night-life. All rooms have tea and coffee facilities, satellite television, telephones and trouser presses. There is a lift for guests. The breakfast is so good many non-guests arrive early to enjoy it, especially on Sunday mornings. The hotel proudly hosts a number of the Belfast Nashville Songwriters Festival's events each February.
