The undomesticated Kreuzberg still does exist. And if you venture down into the gloomy backstreet, you will discover in the dim light of the gas streetlamps an orange cavern, clad in metal, with a colourful shelve full of bottles, and the real life people from the neighbourhood. Intertank -- an allusion to the filling stations along the highways cutting across Socialist East Germany -- offers an introduction to Western Berlin before the wall came down. The music is absolutely Techno-free.
