This large Broad Street eating and drinking emporium is part of a blossoming chain offering old style American warmth and hospitality with English accents. The décor is bright and lively in parts, with some gloomier alcoves available for more private tête-à-têtes. Hamburgers, steaks and ribs abound on the menu, but there are some exciting-sounding Cajun delicacies and portions are generous on the whole. An extensive cocktail range is also worth investigating - particularly during happy hour, which is 3p-7p on weekdays. Service is none too efficient, however.
