WebsiteThe Talladega Superspeedway is one of the largest state-of-the-art motorsport facilities in existence today. Built in 1969, it has grown to cover 3,000 acres, and can accomodate more than 143,000 spectators! You can take a tour of the premises (in a van, of course), and also visit the International Motorsports Hall of Fame and Museum. The speedway hosts several racing events every year, such as the NASCAR Busch Series and the very popular NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series.
