The restaurant is decorated with care and refinement creating the right atmosphere to savor extraordinary dishes which are always well-presented. The cuisine has its roots in ancient Bolognese traditions but still offers more creative, fantasy dishes. There are specialties such as: Mediterranean salted prawns, Ricotta tortelli with nut sauce, Pappagallo lasagna, potato pudding with orange caramel and to finish in style, the Pappagallo frozen chocolate dessert. There are also plenty of seasonal dishes, both traditional and more creative. The wine list consists of 150 national labels.
