Website | EmailThe Cité Mondiale glass-building is a symbol of Bordeaux success in wine trading. Numerous corporates have their headquarter in Cité Mondiale, as it is also home to the Palais des Congrès, an exhibition center where the wine fairs are organized. Open in 1991, the building has been designed by French architect Michel Pétuaud-Letang. Although in a contemporary style, it fits the old Chartrons district perfectly. A huge hall, an amphitheater seating up to 300 and numerous meeting rooms are convenient to host major trade shows.
