For those who like their cod cooked in all kinds of different ways, or those who want a glimpse of Bordeaux's Portuguese community. It's a family business and they have three main recipes for cod: oven-baked on a layer of potatoes, pot-roasted with vegetables, or shredded with onions and pan-fried.
