Website | EmailAustralia's favorite literary festival is growing in success by the year. This event brings together all aspects of the written and spoken word for four days and is an important event on the international literary calendar. Playing host to an eclectic mix of local and international writers, the festival includes a rich program of readings, panels, discussions, interviews, debates and launches. The event primarily takes place at a dedicated precinct around South Bank's Queensland Cultural Centre on the banks of the Brisbane River. A number of off-site venues also play host to activities throughout the city and surrounds.
