WebsiteThis winery, established only in 1991, is on the plateau of Tambourine above the Gold Coast. The name is from the Aboriginal, "Tehembrin", meaning "the place of the wild lime trees", which can still be seen today. The winery's "cellar door tasting" is the popular place to be, so request a drop or two and enjoy the sparkling merlot while you achieve that mellow feeling while listening to the colourful bird life.
