Take a horseback ride through the Granite Highlands, passing huge boulders and enjoying wildflowers (winter-spring) as you amble to Felsberg Winery at 890 metres above sea level. Enjoy lunch, with the vines stretching below you almost as far as the eye can see. This ride through the bush goes for 25 kilometres and some horse riding experience is required. Progressive dinners by Phaeton Carriage and local tours by Cobb and Co. Coach are also available. 48 hours notice is required, minimum two.
