Set by the waterfront in one of Brisbane’s premier south-side suburbs, this restaurant warms its minimalist contemporary décor with fine service and delectable food. Tucked at street level of a modern, river-facing apartment block, its presence isn’t immediately striking to the casual observer, but this is a well-patronised haven for local gastronomes, and bookings are always recommended. Onsite parking and ready transport links make getting here very easy; it’s after the intoxication of one’s tastebuds, that leaving becomes a sad affair. -Sara Moss
