Oxley's is one of Brisbane's most charismatic eateries. Shaded beneath a twin tower marquee, Oxley's literally sits upon the river on a converted jetty, with views spanning up and downstream and the city lights near enough to touch. The decor is stylish but simple, offering little to distract from the excellent cuisine and views. The menu reflects local seafood specialities, with oysters the favorite. Other meats are handsomely represented, but the seafood steals the show. Watch out for regular specials. Prices for seafood vary depending on availability.
