Le Bressan is a cosy, intimate restaurant with attentive personal service. The proprietor-who is also one of the chefs-is from the Bressan region in France, ensuring authentic cuisine. The restaurant is quite small but the atmosphere is wonderful. The intimate environment is perfect for a romantic dinner for two and the personal service is very efficient. The food is fantastic and absolutely mouth watering. The dish Flap of Stingray does not sound too appealing, but is absolutely delicious.
